Just like Christmas lights in the winter, people go out in search of the best haunted Halloween houses in the neighborhood. That’s why if you’re decorating your yard for Halloween, you need to go all out. We know there are plenty of Halloween decorations you can buy, but there are times when you don’t want to have the thing that everyone else has. That’s why wooden crafts wholesale is the answer.
There are a few staples every haunted Halloween yard needs. One of those things is a graveyard. Cemeteries are the center of so many scary movies, so they should be incorporated into your lawn decorations. Tombstones, spiderwebs and crows are all good things to have around in your scary display. But the centerpiece should be something even creepier. Something like an unearthed coffin.
Put your DIY skills to the test this Halloween by creating your own lawn coffin to put on display. Follow the steps below to find out how to make one!
Materials you will need:
1” x 4ft x 8ft Rigid Foam Insulation Board (available at home improvement stores)
Bamboo Skewers
Stainless Steel Wire Stripping Brush
Electric carving knife (a long serated bread knife will work too)
Permanent Marker
Ruler
Large Paint Brushes
Downloadable Assembly and Measurement Diagrams
Optional- Halloween Skull Mask, Tealights, Masking Tape Hands
Step 1. Use the measurement guide to draw out all the parts for the coffin on the foam board. I placed the pieces close together on the board to create as many “common cuts” as possible.
Step 2. Cut out all the pieces using the electric knife. It’s ok if the pieces are not perfectly even, you want the pieces to resemble weathered uneven wood.
Step 3. Use the wire brush to make long rough strokes on each of the foam pieces. This step should be done outside because of the fine dust it produces. Rough up the whole surface of each piece, front and back.
Step 4. Next, make long lines in the foam by pressing hard with a bamboo skewer. The lines can be uneven, and you can make circular lines to form “knots” that mimic real wood.
Step 5. Paint each piece, entirely, with the cedar brown paint. To conserve paint, I chose not to paint the back of piece D, because this will be mostly hidden in the end. It may take 1-2 coats of paint to cover the all the pink foam.
Step 6. Let the pieces sit, until the paint is dry to the touch. Use a large stiff bristle paintbrush and a very small amount of gray paint to apply very light streaks to all the pieces. This is just to highlight the lines and texture on the pieces.
Step 8. Break a bamboo stick into 3 equal parts.
Step 9. Place piece A on the top edge of piece D. Flip over piece D and from the back, use the sharp end of a long skewer to punch a hole going through both piece D and A. Remove the skewer and press one of the shorter pieces back through the hole.
Step 10. Use a hammer, or the back of a wooden spoon to press the skewer piece all the way into the foam. You can add a small amount of hot glue to keep the piece from sliding back off the skewers. Attach 2 more skewer pieces along the edge to secure piece A to D.
Step 11. Next, attach pieces C to either side of the coffin (piece D) using the same technique with the skewers. Refer to the assembly diagram to ensure the pieces are lined up in the correct direction.
Step 12. Prior to attaching piece B, you may need to trim down one edge of the piece, so that it will wedge into the opening between piece A and C. Once the piece is the right size, attach it with the skewers. Trim the last remaining piece, attach and touch up any of the paint.
Step 13. The main part of the coffin is now complete.
Step 15. Attach the wedges to the back of the coffin, as shown. Once attached, the coffin should sit up on its own at an angle.
Step 16. To make the coffin lid, cut another piece of foam, based on the measurements of piece D. Cut long, vertical gouges into the foam, making it look like the wood split apart.
Step 17. Cut a long piece of foam and attach to the lid to serve as a cross piece. Use the steel brush and skewer to rough up the coffin lid. Use the skewer to carve the letters RIP in the lid.
Step 18. Paint the lid the same as the coffin, use the black marker to make the letters darker.
Step 19. The lid gently rests on the coffin at an angle. Place in the dirt or grass in your yard to scare your neighbors.
If you want to know more information about the holiday decorations wholesale, We are here all the time to answer all the confusion you have,so please don’t hesitate to contact us. You know you want.
Step 20. You can stuff a skull mask with newspaper and add tealights for the eyes. Use a piece of foam to prop the mask up inside the coffin, so that it’s peaking out from behind the lid. For added creepiness, you can make and add the DIY masking tape hands.https://www.zjclassic.com/

Looking for a new alternative to plain paper Valentine’s Day Wooden Crafts? These cute little heart pouches are perfect for hiding some sweet treats!
You’ll need:
Cute paper – either scrapbook paper, or make your own with DIY foam stamps
A sewing machine or needle and thread
Little candies
Start by cutting out two hearts that are identical in shape. Place them together with the patterned sides out.
Using a sewing machine or needle and thread, stitch around the heart shape about a quarter-inch in from the edge. Leave a gap about an inch long on one of the sides like shown above.
Put the candy inside the heart, and stitch up the gap, sealing the candy inside the heart!
Trim the threads, and you’re done! You can also write a message on the heart before filling it, or glue on some lace and beads if you’d like.
To get the candy out, just tear the heart open! You can also fill these with coins, squinkies, or small jewelry for a special surprise!
Today I have a super cute and quick hair bow that is perfect for Valentine’s Day. You can use any color ribbon to match to an outfit, or use traditional pink, red, and white.
Here’s what you’ll need to make this Valentine’s Day hair bow:
Ribbon covered hair clip
Hot glue gun
3 different colored ribbons
Cut each ribbon as shown, with a half-inch difference in length.
Do that with each length of ribbon so you have 3 loops.
Take your smallest loop, and place it on the table. Put a dot of glue on the tip of the loop, and lay the medium loop on top and slightly below the small loop. Do the same with the largest loop on top of the medium loop. This is how it should look on the front and the back.
Take your largest loop and put a small dot of glue in the center, then fold it in to form the top of the heart. Take the middle loop and do the same, but wrapping the center of the middle loop around the point of the heart. Do the same with the small loop, and it should look like this. You’ve made your heart!
Put a dot of glue on the tip of the heart shape, and glue it down to the open end of your lined clip.
Now run a small line of glue where the ribbons fold to form the heart shape, and attach that to the back end of the clip.
You’re done! I hope you enjoy making these adorable little hearts, and they’d be super cute clipped to Valentine cards for a gift!

When making jewelry, it is handy to know about the knots which help to finish your jewelry piece, keep it all together and of course look neat and tidy in the process. There are also knots Valentine’s Day Wooden Crafts which make up the main body of your work i.e. in macrame and pearl knotting.
Before beginning any project, make sure you know which thread or cord will work best for the techniques you will be using and consider the strength of the cord if you are working with heavier elements.
So let’s get into the knots (and try not to get tangled on the way) – here are a few of the most popular knots used in jewelry making:
1. Overhand knot
This is the most simple knot to wrap your head around and is what will probably pop into your mind when you hear the word ‘knot’.
The overhand technique is what you will use when creating pearl knotted pieces of jewelry, to hold beads in place and help to stop any damage that can occur from friction between beads. Read more about pearl knotting here!
2. Sliding knot
This knot is used for thicker cord such as leather or suede. The sliding tunnel knots run smoothly along the cord allowing the jewelry piece to be resizable to suit the wearer, meaning a necklace could vary from a choker, right the way through to a matinee length necklace! This fastening technique means you do not need to use any crimps or clasps, just make sure to create your beaded design or add your charms before making this knot.
TIP: Remember to leave enough excess cord to create both knots and the overlapping section
3. Lark’s head knot
This is the perfect knot for adding a fastening or pendant to your jewelry design. All you need to do is make a loop by folding the cord and then pass the loose ends through the chosen fastening or pendant and back through the loop you made. This is a really neat way to make a very simple cord necklace with a single pendant.
4. Surgeon’s knot
A surgeon’s knot is a very sturdy way to finish off a piece of jewelry and is super handy for elasticated cords. The extra twists in this knot help to keep it in place – it is definitely more of a practical knot than a decorative knot!
5. Square knot
A square knot is very similar to the lark’s head knot, only two loops are created on separate cords before being passed through one another. This technique is commonly used as a knot design for rings made from silver or gold.
This knot can also be used in braided jewelry using a slightly different technique with multiple strands. The central cord(s) act as a base for the two wrapping cords, as square knots are created in a row. This same technique can be used as a fastening, creating an adjustable piece of jewelry – most commonly found on bracelets.
TIP: If you don’t alternate the square knot from side to side (left cord then right cord), you will end up with a spiral design, rather than a flat design.
6. Pretzel knot
Also more traditionally known as a Josephine knot, this is a technique most commonly seen in macramé designs and is a really pretty and decorative knot to use. There are multiple ways to make this knot and it looks particularly pretty when it’s made using double cord in contrasting colors.
7. Half-hitch knot
Commonly used in beadwork to add in new threads or to hold beads in place within a design. This knot is created in a very similar way to an overhand knot, but formed around something i.e. a seed bead. There are many variations on a “hitch” which can be used to strengthen the hold that the knot creates, which is perfect for the finishing knot to a beaded design.
This can also be used as a decorative knot in bracelet making where 2 cords (usually different colors) make a strong and simple design.
Jewelry-making techniques that are knot-heavy
This form of cord work can be used for many applications, from hanging baskets to tapestries, but it can be very beautifully and effectively used on a smaller scale in jewelry-making.
As mentioned above, knotting between each pearl or bead in a jewelry design is called pearl knotting. A technique which makes sturdy jewellery where beads are not touching one another, therefore protected from cracking or becoming worn.
These knots are visible, so using matching or complementary colored threads is a must. Your thread needs to be held close to the bead as you form the knot, so using a set of needle nosed tweezers or a pearl knotting needle is a really great idea!

Valentine’s Day is a great excuse to make beautiful keepsakes for each other. This year my little girl decided she wanted to make something special for her Dad.
We had just received these sweet, raw, unfinished hearts in the Valentine’s Day Wooden Crafts, which I thought we could use. It was a fun, easy craft which can be straightforward or developed further to create ornaments, decorations or a 3D Valentine’s card.
Use crayons, pencils, paints or even wrap the hearts with wool string. The possibilities are endless and it’s a craft children will enjoy no matter what age they are.
1 - Paint your wooden hearts. We used watercolour paints but you can use any paints or even crayons, or why not try our new wood stain (recommended for older children).
2 - Drill a hole approximately 1cm in from the part where your heart dips at the top. We used our hand-held drill but you could use a boring tool too. The wood is very soft.
3 - Leave to dry, the add some glue and sprinkle with glitter.
4 - Thread string or yarn through your hole using a large needle and voila, a lovely pendant.

Each year, my World Senior Games Volleyball team travels to Utah in October. They host all kinds of games. It’s a tradition that each team bring a gift for each player on each team they play. This year I decided to make Paracord Sports Figure Keychains! You can create these based on your favorite sport or a sport that you coach, like basketball, soccer, or football.
Materials:
Parachute cord
Key ring
Sports beads (assortment or individual packs)
Wood bead
Scissors
Lighter
How to Make a Paracord Sports Figure
1. Cut two different colors of paracord to 16 inches. Have your other supplies ready as well.
2. Loop one paracord color through the key ring. Tie an over hand knot through the key ring and pull tight.
3. Thread a wooden bead through one end of the paracord. This is the head. Then lay the other color of paracord underneath the first color, at the middle point.
4. The knot you will be making is called a Cobra Stitch. You will be tying 3 of these knots. Once you have finished, push the cobra stitches up to the bead.
5. Slide a sports bead on one arm, or you can put it on the leg. For this wooden crafts for kids wholesale, I chose a volleyball on the arm. Then tie a knot on the arms and legs to your desired length.
6. Trim the access paracord past the knot – leave a little bit at the end.
7. Melt the ends past the knots with a lighter, then flatten with a steel tool (or the side of the lighter).
Now you have the Paracord sports figure! If you want to dot some eyes and a smile on the wooden bead you can also do that. Add it to your key ring, give it as a gift, or keep it somewhere memorable.
Stay tuned for the craft we come up with next year!

Something we love around here is when we get to use a certain product in a nontraditional way. For this particular craft, we used our Wooden Counting Cubes, which comes in a set of 100. You’ll only need 16 cubes per puzzle, so this is a great group activity since you’ll have enough for 6 puzzles with 1 set.

Wooden Cubes
Modge Podge
Paint Brush
Knife
Sand Paper
Step 1: Align your 16 cubes into a square.
Step 2: Print out your favorite picture of you and your dad and cut it to the size of the square.

Step 4: Once the picture is completely dry, separate the cubes by cutting between each with your Knife. If your craft participants are youngsters, make sure an adult does this step.
Step 5: Once all of the cubes are separated, you can use your sand paper to sand down the edges to give it a more rustic look.
Step 6: Using card stock, I quickly put together a little box to keep the cubes in and then tied a bow around it with some string for the final touch.

A fun craft to do with plastic eggs - wooden crafts for kids wholesale! Make DIY glow bugs with just a few materials. These are also pretty simple to put together. Once completed, they can be used for decoration of even a night light! Use leftover Easter eggs for a simple upcycle craft.
Materials:
Plastic Eggs
Sticky Back Foam
Sticky Back Felt
Pipe Cleaners
Permanent Marker
Faux Tea Lights
With similar tutorials, they may tell you to start you off with piercing holes in the eggs to put the pipe cleaners through. This is not very kid friendly, so we wouldn’t recommend it!
Begin with giving your glow bug a face using a permanent marker and wiggly eyes. TIP: To make things easier, use adhesive wiggly eyes, and then you won’t have to deal with messy glue!
Create the legs by cutting two strips of adhesive foam about a centimeter thick.
Make two folds towards the end of the strips and then stick them on to bottom of the egg.
Cut out wings from any type of paper you prefer and then cut and curl a pipe cleaner for the antenna.
Fold both wings and antenna at the center and hold in place using a small strip of adhesive felt (or foam).
Now just turn on a faux tea light and place inside egg and your glow bug is complete!

A melted bead suncatcher is such a fun way to celebrate the return of lots of sunshine and warm weather. This easy family craft uses pony beads to create colorful light catching wooden crafts for sale that is an instant pick-me-up when seen hanging!
Plus, this kid-friendly craft is made on your grill outside, in the sunshine!
decorative ornaments that can be hung in the window (or near a window) to catch the light. I like that a dreary day can be brightened by a colorful suncatcher.
DIY MELTED BEAD SUNCATCHER
SUPPLIES NEEDED TO MAKE A BEADED SUNCATCHER CRAFT
Round baking pan
Aluminum foil
Translucent pony beads
Your outdoor grill!
(Optional) Something to drill a hole
(Optional) hanging thread or wire
(Optional) suction cup hook to hang in window
DIRECTIONS TO MAKE A BEADED SUNCATCHER CRAFT
STEP 1
Use the aluminum foil to line your baking pan. This makes it much easier to remove the suncatcher when finished, and helps keep your pan from getting damaged.
STEP 2
Arrange the beads in the pan so that they are flat on their side. We made a rainbow pattern for one suncatcher, and then just added the beads randomly for the other.
There are so many possibilities!
STEP 3
Once the beads are arranged, place the pan on the rack of your grill outside. Heat on high for five minutes, then check it. It will be ready once all the beads have melted, but you don’t want to let it sit too long.
STEP 4
When all the beads have melted, remove it from the heat and allow to cool completely. Lift the foil out of the pan and peel it away from your suncatcher.
STEP 5
Drill a hole in the top, loop through string or wire and hang it from your window!
IS HEATING PONY BEADS TOXIC?
The internet is a little mixed on whether heating pony beads is toxic. When you melt them in the oven or toaster oven, you will get a strong toxic-like plastic smell. It is one of the reasons why we really like doing this outside with good ventilation so any fumes coming off the pony bead melting process are not stuck in your house.
You can also try making melted bead suncatcher custom shapes.
And this glass gem suncatcher would be fun, too!
Or try this awesome glow in the dark dream catcher.
Or a tissue paper suncatcher craft that is perfect for all ages.
Check out a big list of homemade wind chimes, suncatchers and outdoor ornaments.

It’s almost summer. So, it’s almost time to start making all of the summer and sea life Easter Day Crafts for sale And, I especially love crabs. Fiddler crabs are my favorite, but really, all crabs are adorable to me. When I was a teacher, I loved making cute little crab crafts with my little learners. And, this cute little circle crab craft project is one of my favorite crafts ever!
Circle Crab Craft Project
Turn this craft into a full blown ocean art project by combining it with this Ocean Coral Blow Painting Tutorial!
Crab Project Supplies:
Construction or card stock paper.
Scissors.
School glue.
Sharpie or other markers.
Felt.
Optional – circle shapes for templates
This fun little circle crab craft is very easy to make for kids of all ages. However, you may need to help the littler ones cut out the circle shapes.
First, gather all of your supplies. We used a half a piece of felt for one crab, and one full sheet of card stock, plus some school glue, and a marker.
We used a cup and a bowl to trace the circles for the crab. Then we made two smaller circles and one larger one for each crab. Once each circle was traced onto the felt, I cut out each circle.
After the circles were cut, I folded them in half. I creased them to make the folds stay better. You could use paper or even a cute fabric too.
Then, I added a little bit of glue to folded circles and placed them on the card stock paper. The smaller circles are the pinchers, and the larger one is the crab’s body.
Once the crab’s body and pinchers were glued in place, I used the marker to draw six crab legs and two crab eyes. You could use blue paper and add some beach waves too.

In the run up to this Easter one simple crafting idea grew into three. The little seeds planted in one activity also grew in our imaginations, resulting in these beautiful mini Easter gardens. I’ll take you through everything we did but each of these Easter Day Crafts for sale ideas is a joy to do on their own.
You will need: For part one: Eggs, Soil or compost, Cress seeds or pansies. For part two: A egg decorating kit or other Natural egg dyes. For part three: Air drying clay
Sowing seeds in an egg shell
Don’t beat yourself up for having forgotten to sow your grass seeds for a lenten garden. There is still time to take your kids on a growing journey before Easter, with the busy but nature loving mum’s best friend. It takes about a week to grow but if you don’t even have time for that then planting pansies in the shell is another lovely option.
1. Blow an egg. Make small holes at the top and bottom of the egg with something sharp like a needle, pick away some bits of shell to make the holes bigger, poke about inside with a toothpick, then blow! Masses of fun.
2. Break a quarter or a third of the top of your egg off. (If you make the ’top’ the rounder, less pointy end of the egg it gives you more surface area for the seeds).
3. Fill your egg with soil or compost.
4. Sprinkle your seeds over the soil and moisten. (Using a spray rather than pouring helps, so the seeds don’t swish about).
5. Put your egg shell in a warm, sunny place and watch the seeds grow. Here are ours at day 1, day 3 and day 5:
As we watched our amazing little seeds germinate and fell in love with them more each day, we thought ’Wouldn’t it be nice if our egg shells were decorated?!’ So we decided to make the next ones we did even more beautiful.
When I heard the words ’wax batik’ and saw all those intricate images it felt like it was a bit out of our league but, guess what, you can totally turn this into an easy, fun and kid-friendly craft. There are already a couple of really inspirational CC blogs with step by step instructions, so I’ll just give you the basics of how it all works:
Pysanky egg decorating
1. Heat your wax drawing pen over a candle and drop a little wax into it. As the wax melts it will run through a little funnel and you can draw patterns all over the surface of your egg.
Tip: The yellow and orange dyes don’t show up so well on brown chicken eggs. For best results use white ones or duck eggs.
2. Drop your egg into your dye of choice.
3. Create another layer of wax patterns on your egg and then drop it into a different coloured dye.
4. When you have done as many layers and dyes as you like you can remove the wax from your egg by warming it up and wiping it away. When you see the end result you will immediately want to do another one and will soon end up with a bowlful!
I achieved this effect accidentally by not filling in the petals completely and then doing it between dyes. Can’t wait to try it again next time!
With these eggs and the things we were going to plant inside them being really so beautiful, we needed something special to hold them! And, during a gorgeous afternoon of sensory play, the clay egg cups we had set out to make evolved into little gardens of their own.
Clay egg holders
1. Take a lump of clay and mould it into a cone shape.
2. Push down towards the bottom to create a flat ridge.
We found that our clay was getting stuck to the table at this point so it’s probably better to get some greaseproof paper under beforehand.
3. Gently bring the edge of the ridge upwards to create a sort of lip.
4. Using something round, make an indent at the top of your cone shape, deep enough for an egg to sit in.
Your egg holder will dry out over time but we found it was fine to use the next day.
Have fun making everything look pretty! And Happy Easter to you all.

If you need a simple project that the kids can get started on right away, these logs fit the bill. You can trim off the tree bark, but you don’t have to. Simply give the kids each a few blocks, a triangle stencil and some paint. We suggest bright, even neon wooden crafts wholesale paint.
If you have some budding artists, you can even choose paint that match your living room and place the wood in your firewood holder or shelving as a permeant décor piece. Just be sure not to burn painted wood.
Simple Wood Snowmen
You don’t need to do much prep work to set your kids to work making these delightful snowmen. Just gather paint (white, black and orange), and strips of spare fabric. Instruct your children as they hold the firewood vertically, paint the snowmen on, and wrap the fabric around the heads and necks of the snowmen. You can use a staple gun to secure the fabric or you can tie it on with twine.
If you’re doing this as a spring project, you might consider making the Easter bunny or a St. Patrick’s Day leprechaun instead. Use cotton balls if you’re making the Easter bunny, or cut out green paper into a hat for your leprechaun.
Firewood Planter
Here is another great spring firewood project that will help you use up any left-over wood and create a stunning, natural planter. Follow these instructions to make it:
Step one: Buy a plastic planter bin.
Step two: Build a firewood base for the bin to elevate it off the ground.
Step three: Cut your leftover firewood into one and a half-inch thick pieces. Also, cut them into triangles.
Step four: Glue the pieces to the bin with strong glue, alternating them to create a distinct look.
There you have it, a new planter. Don’t forget to buy soil and mulch for the container and place your
Wooden Christmas Trees
You may need to prepare this project in advance if you have young children. Cut your firewood into flat triangular pieces, with the bark on the bottom to create a cute fringe on the base of the tree. If you like, buy or create wooden stands so the tree is upright. Then, let the kid’s imagination run wild as they paint the tree. Add glitter, popcorn, beads, or other craft items as ornaments.

Objective: Creating ways to think about abstract art while learning about Piet Mondrian- wooden crafts for kids.
Materials:
White Canvas Board
Painters Tape or Masking Tape
Acrylic Paint (Red, yellow, blue, black)
Paint Brush
Large Art Tray
Paint Tray (optional, helps to separate colors)
Step 1: Write your name on the back of the canvas board. Then flip the board over to the canvas side. I choose to set the project up on an art tray but the next step might be easier if you want to remove the canvas board and place on a table.
Step 2: Using painters tape, pull off pieces and stretch them across the canvas board. You’re encouraged to keep the tape as vertical and horizontal lines like Mondrian but there isn’t a wrong way in art, so this is really your interpretation of his abstract composition.
Step 3: After pressing the tape down to make sure it’s secure against the canvas, you get to begin painting using Acrylic Paint.
Step 4: You’re going to be painting in your squares and rectangles with Acrylic Paint. Piet Mondrian used primary colors (Red, Yellow, and Blue) along with White and Black colors in his abstract compositions. You won’t need to use white since the canvas under the tape will remain white.
Step 5: Continue to paint in your artwork like Piet Mondrian and remember there is no wrong way to create.
Step 6: I’ve found it best to remove the tape before the paint has completely dried especially if you’ve painted onto the tape. That way it won’t pull the paint off with the tape.
Now sit back and enjoy your very own creation of Mondrian’s composition of Red Blue Yellow.

Can you believe it’s already time to start working on Easter crafts? Last Easter simultaneously feels like it was 20 years ago and yesterday. None the less, we are approaching another Easter season, and I am ready for all of the Easter Day Crafts! When my boys were younger they would craft with paper plates for every holiday. We had a craft drawer for them to gather supplies from, and they happily crafted for hours at a time. They loved paper plates, pipe cleaners, and pom poms crafts the most! And, I have probably a dozen of these DIY Paper Plate Easter Bunny from their kid crafting years!

Easter Preschool Craft Project Supplies:
1/2 Sheet of pastel construction paper.
Paper plate.
School glue.
Pipe cleaners.
Scissors
Let’s get started on this darling little bunny face craft!
This is craft project is truly one that little ones can do without much, or any, adult guidance. You may need to help a little to cut out the ears for littler ones.
First, gather your supplies. If you have more time to craft, you could paint the DIY Easter Bunny Plate Craft too.
We used three pipe cleaners for the whiskers. Before we glued them onto the plate, we twisted them together in the middle. Then, we glued them to the middle of the plate. We also bent the whiskers up, this allowed the glued section to sit on the glue.
Next, we added more glue over the whiskers and glued the little pom pom nose in place.
Finally, it was time to work on the bunny ears. You can sketch the ears on the paper and let your little ones cut it out themselves, or you could pre-cut the ears. Now, add a thin line of glue to the bottom of the ears and secure to the top of the plate.
That’s it! This darling little DIY Easter Bunny Plate Craft was so easy to make, and I hope it’s inspired you to let your little ones craft their own little rabbits!

Make a pendant necklace with polymer clay! We created these during Classical Music Day when we studied and listened to both Mozart and Beethoven, so we used musical pendants. But you can create these for any theme-wooden crafts for kids .
Materials:
Polymer Clay
Charms (feathers, oval or round pendants, wood pendants, beads)
Necklace Cord
Clasp
Step 1: Pick out your three – five of favorite colors to create your pendant. You will get two small squares of each color.
Step 2: Clay can be a little hard at first and little fingers may find it challenging to squish in their hands so we can use a table. Take one color and squish the two squares together. Now place on the table and, with the palm of your hand, roll it back and forth
to create a long piece sort of like a worm.
Step 3: Do the same with the second color, rolling it back and forth on the table to create a long worm-like piece. Set this second color right next to the first color. They can even touch (worms like to have friends around). Repeat with the third color.
Step 4: Now roll all three pieces together to make one large piece. You can twist the pieces to swirl the colors even more. Roll again.
Step 5: Fold the long piece over so that it’s stacked on top of itself. Now roll in a circular motion on the table or in your hand to create a ball.
Step 6: When you’re happy with how your swirl looks, press down on the table in the desired shape you want (circle, oval).
Step 7: Using a straw, press down towards the top of your clay to create a hole.
Step 8: Bake on foil at 250 degrees for 15 min (as directed on the package). Please be careful as the clay will be very hot. Let cool.
Step 9: Now you’re ready to thread your charm onto your necklace and secure it through your pendant.
